See the 2021 Automotive Heritage Awards on YouTube!

Our partners at Wild Roads Pictures and Better Planet Media did another fine job of producing a video of the Automotive Heritage Awards event. Last year, it was by necessity because of pervasive public health issues. This year, it was by design so we could share it with all those who were not able to attend.

The video is up now on YouTube and, of course, linked on our AHF and other websites.

Trophies and medals for those winners who could not attend will be in the snail mail this week.

American Speed Festival Presser

For our racing, car culture and lifestyle journalists:

You might like to know that the M1 Concourse will present its inaugural American Speed Festival the first weekend in October, a four-day celebration of the history, culture and aesthetics of motor racing, with tours, hot laps, vendors, manufacturer displays, culinary treats, a juried sports car show with judging and awards, an elegant ball and lots of social time.

M1 Concourse will host a press event Wednesday, September 8th, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to preview the American Speed Festival and show off the new Event Center.

M1 Concourse is at the northwest corner of Woodward Avenue (Michigan Highway 1) and South Boulevard in Pontiac. Enter off Rapid Street on the north side of the property.
